We're seeking talented Junior Cyber Analysts for 24x7x365 Joint Operations Center (JOC) support at USCYBERCOM. This night shift role offers cross-training, upskilling, and surge support opportunities ahead of a future contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Current Operations in a dynamic 4-Star Combatant Command environment.
  • Enhance SOPs for mission-essential DODIN defense and situational awareness.
  • Track Cyber Mission Force (CMF) status and facilitate shared situational awareness (SSA).
  • Generate reports showcasing mission results for components and partners.
  • Liaise with DC3, DIB, and agencies for secure information sharing.
  • Craft communication strategies aligned with command vision.
  • Guide on cyberspace doctrine, ROE, and policy implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in STEM or related field +3 years experience (or equivalent).
  • JOC operations experience and Joint Publications knowledge.
  • Networking fundamentals and cyber infrastructure expertise.

  • Understanding of Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and Blue-space Cyber capabilities (experience)
  • Familiarity with intelligence support and cyberspace operations doctrine (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support 24x7x365 JOC operations across multiple mission areas
  • Develop and improve SOPs for USCYBERCOM JOC support
  • Maintain situational awareness on CMF mission planning and reporting
  • Create and submit reports on USCYBERCOM components’ mission impacts
  • Facilitate information sharing with Defense Industrial Base and DC3
  • Develop communication strategies and provide policy guidance
  • Conduct research and analysis for policy development
  • Communicate complex cyber concepts verbally, written, and visually
