Leidos seeks a highly skilled Cyber Integration Engineer for the Zero Trust Leadership Cell (ZTLC) supporting USSOCOM's EDAT innovation contract. This senior role (DoD 8140 Systems Security Engineer, Work Role ID 651) bridges the Chief ZT Architect and 12 Zero Trust Implementation Plan teams, driving enterprise-wide ZT transformation through FY27.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as technical liaison ensuring alignment with ZT Reference Architecture.
- Tackle complex integrations across ICAM, Network Segmentation, Data Controls.
- Author ICDs, sequence diagrams, and technical specs.
- Deliver targeted engineering support to execution teams.
- Embed NIST 800-160 SSE principles in multi-cloud, hybrid, on-prem, and SOF tactical/DIL environments.
- Lead ARBs, AoAs, risk analysis, and transition planning.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI eligible clearance.
- BS in technical field + 12+ years experience (5+ in systems engineering).
- DoD 8570 IASAE II certification (CASP+, CISSP, etc.).
- Expertise in ZTA pillars: ICAM, SDN, Cloud Security, Endpoint Protection.

- Resolve cross-pillar integration challenges (ICAM, Network, Data Access)
- Develop architectural artifacts: ICDs, sequence diagrams, specs
- Provide surgical augmentation to overcome implementation roadblocks
- Apply SSE principles across system lifecycle in diverse environments
- Support ARBs, AoA, risk mitigation, and transition planning
