Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- BA/BS in relevant field + 8 years OCO planning (waivers apply).

- Expertise in USCYBERCOM operations, CNMF, JTF-ARES support (experience)
- Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, laws, and joint publications (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead development and staffing of cyber operations plans (OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs)
- Support targeting selection, validation, and integration in cyber warfare
- Facilitate Joint OPG/OPT, integrate cyber capabilities into broader plans
- Provide leadership in crisis action teams and current operations
- Assess cyber capabilities, prioritize requirements for R&D/acquisition
- Synchronize intelligence with operational planning timelines
- Conduct strategic planning with partners and transition to execution
