Role Overview
As a Senior Cyber Security Architect, support Civil & Devolved Government and Energy (DG&E) projects in the UK. Based in the UK, hold SC Clearance or above, and be prepared for additional vetting. Design robust security architectures with high assurance and minimal friction, focusing on simple, effective security valued by customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity architecture design, implementation, and assurance across cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle) environments.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modelling, and mitigation strategies.
- Embed security controls, produce documentation, and assure requirements through delivery lifecycles.
- Drive ZTNA strategies, Microsoft Entra ID designs, and Security Architecture Forums.
- Collaborate with architects to integrate security-by-design into governance and develop policies for compliance.
Requirements
British nationality and SC Clearance essential. 2–4 years in security architecture/senior engineering; 1–2 years leadership. Certifications like SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP-ISSAP advantageous. Excellent communication, IT lifecycle experience required.

85,000 - 110,000 GBP / yearly
