Key Responsibilities
- Develop R&D strategies for U.S. Army C5ISR mission.
- Integrate emerging technologies and monitor industry trends.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee R&D projects aligned with DoD standards.

- Conduct TRANSEC assessments and recommend mitigations.
Basic Qualifications
- 20+ years in cryptographic modernization and tactical radio systems (WIN-T, Secure Voice).
- Master’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
- DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
- Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 30+ years COMSEC experience including PKI.
- Army program support and heterogeneous networking expertise.
- System engineering, software development, configuration management.
