Leidos Digital Modernization Sector seeks a dynamic Cyber Security Manager to serve as TN09 Site Lead for the National Capitol Region, supporting DISA GSM-O II Network Assurance Program. This hybrid role (50/50 remote/onsite at Mark Center) delivers cyber defense to DoD and CoCOMs.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day mission execution and operational excellence.
- Manage customer relationships and contract delivery.
- Lead DISA CESO staff in employee engagement, training, and reviews.
- Oversee alert triaging, SLA development, CTO/DTO tracking, incident reporting, and custom signature creation.
- Coordinate as Senior onsite representative with government personnel.
Basic Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s + 8+ years or equivalent experience.
- DoD-8570 IAT Level 2; CSSP-A within 180 days.
- Expert CND principles in incident response.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- DISA/DoD network experience.
- Advanced TCP/IP, networking, SIEM expertise.
- SES/GOFO briefing experience.
- SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH or CASP certifications.
