Join Leidos as a Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Customer Support Specialist

Leidos seeks a dedicated CSSP Customer Support Specialist for our DISA GSM-O Task Order 09 Network Assurance program at Whitehall, OH (options at Scott AFB or Hill AFB), starting March 2026. Serve as the primary liaison for CSSP customers, driving operational effectiveness, compliance, and security posture in high-stakes DoD environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Engagement: Onboard new CSSP customers, conduct regular engagements, and maintain artifacts/lists on NIPR/SIPR.
  • Incident Response & Vulnerability Management: Guide users through breaches, monitor VDP reports, and escalate threats between customers and engineers.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to DoD/CJCSM 6510.01b, manage documentation revisions, support inspections, and deliver security posture reports.

Baseline Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible).
  • Bachelor's + 4 years cybersecurity experience (or equivalent/certifications).
  • Experience in cybersecurity/IT support; strong NIPR/SIPR, troubleshooting, communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CJCSM 6510.01b and DoD regs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DISA/DoD network experience.
  • Advanced TCP/IP, SIEM (Splunk/ArcSight), malware analysis knowledge.
  • GIAC (GCIA/GCIH), CASP+ certifications.

  • Provide security posture documentation to customers
