Make a real impact at Leidos, delivering innovative cyber solutions for U.S. defense and intelligence missions. Support USCYBERCOM J3 Operations with expert cyberspace planning in a dynamic, collaborative environment at our Odenton, MD site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead approved plans development and staffing for Cyberspace Operations (CO) using USCYBERCOM guidance and Joint Publications like JP 5-0.
  • Draft and staff critical documents: OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs.
  • Participate in Joint Operational Planning Groups (OPG/OPT) to integrate cyber capabilities into comprehensive plans.
  • Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and synchronize command/external capabilities.
  • Analyze cyber threats from state/non-state actors, blue-space vulnerabilities, and partner CO tools.
  • Integrate intelligence planning with operational timelines and conduct strategic cyber planning.
  • Communicate complex cyber concepts confidently via verbal, written, and visual methods.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in STEM, National Security Studies, or operational art/science (or completable in 1 year); 6+ years CO experience since 2015.
  • Formal DoD/IC Cyber Planner training; JP 5-0 expertise.
  • Knowledge of blue-space cyber capabilities, networking fundamentals, and full-spectrum CO.
  • Proven fast-paced multitasking, critical thinking, and interagency collaboration.

Favorable Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Deep USCYBERCOM organizational knowledge.
