Join Leidos National Security Sector: Cyberspace Operations Planner, Junior

Make a direct impact on U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) missions at Leidos. We're seeking a Junior Cyberspace Operations Planner to drive Joint Planning processes for cyberspace operations in Odenton, MD. Support on-site contract delivering innovative cyber solutions against evolving global threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead approved plans development and staffing for Cyberspace Operations (CO) per USCYBERCOM guidance and Joint Publications.
  • Draft and staff OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs in collaborative environments.
  • Participate in Joint Operational Planning Groups (OPG/OPT) to integrate cyber capabilities.
  • Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and comprehensive plans with command partners.
  • Analyze cyber threats from state/non-state actors and blue-space vulnerabilities.
  • Assess partner CO capabilities, tools, and infrastructure for Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
  • Integrate intelligence planning with operational timelines for long-range cyber strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in STEM, National Security Studies, or operational art/science (or completable in 1 year); 4+ years CO experience since 2015.
  • Formal DoD/IC Cyber Planner training; JP 5-0 expertise.
  • Knowledge of networking, CO intelligence needs, and USCYBERCOM structure.
  • Strong communication, multitasking in fast-paced settings.

Favorable Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Intimate USCYBERCOM organizational knowledge.

Participate in cross-training and surge support for JOC roles. Anticipated future contract award. Apply your expertise to defend national security with Leidos' talented teams.
