Make a real impact at Leidos, delivering innovative solutions for national security. Our National Security Sector supports USCYBERCOM J3 Operations, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-Ares) with cutting-edge cyberspace operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver subject matter expertise in Joint plans development, staffing, and execution of Cyberspace Operations (CO) aligned with USCYBERCOM guidance and Joint publications.
  • Lead targeting processes, including selection, validation, synchronization, and integration within the Cyber Warfare domain.
  • Draft foundational documents like OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs; lead Joint OPG/OPTs to integrate cyber capabilities.
  • Develop COAs, concepts of support, and comprehensive plans; provide situational awareness in crisis actions and current ops.
  • Assess cyber threats from state/non-state actors, validate CO performance, prioritize cyber capability R&D, and transition plans to execution.
  • Conduct strategic planning, synchronize intel with ops timelines, and navigate USCYBERCOM organizational structures.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • BA/BS in STEM, National Security Studies, or related field (or completable within 1 year).
  • 12+ years recent CO planning experience (waivers for CMT, JFHQ-C, or offensive CO roles).
