Join Leidos as a Cyberspace Operations Planner SME

Leidos National Security Sector seeks a Subject Matter Expert in Joint Cyberspace Operational Planning to support United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). Deliver expert guidance on planning activities for Cyberspace Operational Support Services (COSS), driving operations for J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES. This role shapes cyberspace capability employment and Joint Planning processes in a high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cyberspace operations planning per USCYBERCOM guidance and Joint publications.
  • Coordinate with leadership to meet mission requirements and produce core documents like OPLANS and OPORDs.
  • Oversee targeting, validation, and cyber integration in warfare domains.
  • Support Joint OPG/OPT, IJSTO coordination, and RAPCO processes.
  • Develop CO concepts, assess threats from state/non-state actors, and prioritize capability acquisitions.
  • Integrate intelligence, conduct strategic planning, and ensure compliance with cyber policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in STEM or related field + 12+ years experience.
  • Deep knowledge of cyber threats, operational art, and USCYBERCOM structure.
