Our National Security Sector (NSS) seeks elite Cyberspace SMEs with deep USCYBERCOM experience to lead Joint Operations Center (JOC) 24x7x365 operations in Odenton, MD. Advise senior leaders on resource optimization, cross-training, and J3 best practices in anticipation of a major contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract workforce and implement cross-training for operational depth across JOC functions.
- Lead OPG/OPT, develop CO plans, and integrate cyberspace capabilities with command resources.
- Provide expert advice on cyber threats, attack techniques, and Blue Space vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate 24x7 watch schedules, briefings, and analytical products under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate across DoD and IC agencies to align execution with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 12+ years CO planning experience since 2010; 4+ years USCYBERCOM JOC roles since 2015.
- BA/BS in STEM or related field (experience may substitute).
- Expertise in JP 3-12, JP 5-0, and full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
- Proven critical thinking, communication, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

- Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and comprehensive operational plans
- Provide situational awareness for projects, Crisis Action Teams, and current operations
- Analyze cyber threats from state/non-state actors and Blue Space vulnerabilities
- Navigate USCYBERCOM organizational structure for full-spectrum cyberspace operations
