Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experimentation teams to design and automate advanced analytics using Python, R, or equivalent tools.
- Identify, ingest, and ETL datasets to enable powerful insights.
- Develop and train multilevel regression models to reveal complex patterns.
- Build compelling visualizations to communicate analytic results effectively.
- Use GitHub for storing, versioning, and documenting code and processes.
- Contribute to customer-facing analytic products with precision.
- Manage essential infrastructure including hardware, networks, security, and software.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required on day one.
- Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related with 15+ years experience; or Bachelor’s with 20+ years.
- Proficiency in Python or R programming.
- Experience with data science libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy.
- Skills in SQL, relational databases, and API data querying.
Preferred Qualifications
- GitHub contributions and Git version control experience.
- Exceptional collaboration and coordination skills.
