The Opportunity

Lead logistics integration across complex Pacific environments, ensuring operational excellence. Serve as critical liaison for operations, maintenance, and logistics teams while stepping into full Program Manager authority when needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as Program Manager during absences for seamless continuity.
• Provide visionary leadership and cultivate customer relationships with government agencies.
• Oversee Task Order execution, secure information exchange, and compliance with DoD standards.
• Lead and mentor direct reports, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams onsite near Camp Smith.
• Shape strategy, allocate resources, and deliver high-quality results in OCONUS settings.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS + 7+ years or Master’s + 5+ years in program management of large-scale programs (100+ personnel).
• Expertise in strategic projects, DoD contracting, FAR/DFARS, and OCONUS logistics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and Active TS/SCI-eligible clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• INDOPACOM, PACFLT, PACAF experience and $100M+ program leadership.
• Civilian/military logistics in contested environments; AI/ML familiarity.
• PMP certification and DoD logistics systems knowledge.
