Deputy Program Manager, Senior - Make an Impact at Leidos

Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager to support United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES). This hybrid role assists the Program Manager in delivering innovative cyber, logistics, and decision analytics solutions to defend against evolving global threats. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program leadership, technical direction, and oversight of Leidos personnel and subcontractors.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and daily PMO activities including CDRL planning and synchronization meetings.
  • Maintain governance documents like PMP, QMP, hiring processes, and communications plans.
  • Lead meetings with Workforce Development PM and Task Leads to mitigate issues proactively.
  • Execute performance planning, maintain program briefs, manage VIP visits, and update risk registers.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS +8 years or Masters +6 years experience, including 4+ years supervising teams.
  • 5+ years in Cyberspace Operations or related fields (Communications/IT, Intelligence, etc.).
  • Proficiency in fast-paced environments, multitasking, and communicating complex data.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep USCYBERCOM knowledge and Joint operations experience.
  • Formal Cyber Warfare/Joint Operations training.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI; CISSP/CISM certifications.

This position anticipates a future contract award. Salary range: $131,300 - $237,350 USD. Leidos outthinks, outbuilds, and outpaces the status quo—join us to disrupt and excel in national security.
