Join Leidos' Beacon Intelligence Program as a Desk Officer
Leidos, a premier government contractor, has secured the Beacon Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia, delivering critical national security impact. This long-term initiative seeks Desk Officers at all experience levels (1-20+ years) with active TS/SCI w/Polygraph to support operational elements through dynamic research, analysis, report writing, and briefings at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive operational and support activities.
- Act as primary liaison for overseas offices.
- Deliver guidance on active cases and propose innovative operational scenarios.
- Coordinate legal, policy, and compliance issues across cases and global offices.
- Perform deep-dive research using diverse intelligence sources for assessments.
- Prepare and present briefings to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree plus 12-15 years relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Mandatory: Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph – no exceptions.
- Proven research, analysis, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytic writing/editing and multitasking in team settings.
- Track record in high-tempo environments, inter-agency collaboration, and supporting executives.
- Intelligence research/analysis experience required.
