Join Leidos as a Development Lead in Baltimore, MD

Our Digital Modernization Sector tackles the world’s toughest security challenges for 'can’t fail' US Government missions. We're seeking a Development Lead to operate, maintain, modernize, and transform legacy systems in our Maryland office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage application development activities for legacy and modernized systems.
  • Lead agile development phases, providing technical guidance and oversight for quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, resolve defects across desktop, integration apps, and tools.
  • Drive DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring.
  • Leverage AI/ML for intelligent data analysis, pattern learning, predictive outcomes, and autonomous decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally using Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
  • Design solutions meeting technical/business needs with expertise in languages, architecture, and tech stacks.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8-12 years relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years with Siebel/Pega CRMs.
  • Dashboard integration experience.
  • Public Trust clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CMS platforms, CRM integration, Agile/SAFe, data design/migration experience.
