Leidos is revolutionizing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) through the GEOAxIS system, powering secure access to NGA GEOINT content across all security domains. Awarded the GxNext contract in 2021 running through 2031, we're building a modern, containerized DevOps platform to enhance reliability and slash operational overhead.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Docker images for Java and Python microservices
- Develop Helm charts for seamless deployment of custom images
- Customize upstream Helm charts and Docker images for COTS products
- Automate all repeatable infrastructure and software tasks
- Partner with dev and ops teams to accelerate deployments across domains
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in STEM + 4 years exp., Associate's + 6 years, or 8 years experience
- Kubernetes or Openshift expertise
- Ansible proficiency
- Scripting/programming in bash, Python, or Java
- Security+ certification within 60 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-environment configuration management design
- GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD
- Git version control
- Gitlab/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Auth protocols: X509, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP
- AWS, Kubernetes, Linux certifications

- Configure and extend upstream Helm charts and Docker images of COTS products
- Ensure repeatable infrastructure and software tasks are fully automated
- Collaborate with software development and operational teams to boost reliability and deployment velocity across security domains
