DIA Account Manager

Join Leidos as DIA Account Manager in Chantilly, VA, driving strategic growth with the Defense Intelligence Agency. Own the full lifecycle of business development from opportunity identification to capture execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute DIA-specific growth strategies aligned to enterprise goals in intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination.
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities leveraging senior relationships, current technologies, and cross-company capabilities.
  • Influence early lifecycle shaping of requirements, acquisition strategies, and corporate alignment.
  • Mobilize 'all-of-Leidos' resources across sectors for multi-domain intelligence solutions.
  • Direct competitive analysis, price-to-win, and portfolio prioritization for $4B+ pipeline.
  • Sponsor executive engagements, industry events, and strategic customer alliances.

Basic Qualifications

  • Executive-level DIA relationships with influence at senior agency levels.
  • 15+ years experience; 10+ years leadership in defense/intelligence BD/capture.
  • Track record leading $100M+ captures with win themes and shaping.
  • TS/SCI with CI polygraph; familiarity with DIA acquisitions and missions.
  • Expertise in intelligence ops, cyber defense, AI/ML, GEOINT portfolios.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business/security studies.
  • Prior DIA program leadership and broad IC network (ODNI, NGA, NSA).
  • Experience with cross-sector coalitions and enterprise contracts.
