Key Responsibilities
- Design motion-forward experiences for web, microsites, campaigns, and activations.
- Build interactive narratives using animation, transitions, and responsive interactions.
- Develop with React/HTML/CSS/JS, integrating motion libraries for seamless performance.
- Collaborate with Creative Studio teams including Interactive Design Lead and UX Strategist.
- Optimize for accessibility, scalability, and reuse through documentation and testing.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years in digital design/development with Bachelor’s in related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in front-end frameworks (React), animation tools, UX/responsive principles.
- Proven portfolio of interactive, motion-driven projects.
