Leidos seeks a dynamic Director, Corporate FP&A in Reston, VA, to lead strategic financial planning, AI-driven transformation, and business operations. Reporting to the VP of Corporate FP&A, drive innovation at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations. Shape processes, influence outcomes, and deliver impactful change in a high-stakes defense contracting environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leadership: Mentor managers and teams, build high-performance culture, and launch formal training programs for career growth.
- Operations Enablement: Analyze processes, benchmark metrics, identify pain points, and implement scalable improvements.
- AI & Analytics: Integrate AI into workflows for superior forecasting, efficiency, and insights; collaborate on advanced analytics.
- Change Management: Lead transformations, ensure adoption of new tech and processes, foster continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with IT, HR, Operations, and executives; track KPIs and present strategic reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years FP&A experience, 5+ in leadership
- Defense industry background mandatory
- Proven transformation leadership, analytical excellence, communication skills
- US citizenship; security clearance eligible
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management and process optimization expertise
