Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop overhead/underground distribution work packages.
- Perform structural, guying, sag/tension, voltage drop calculations.
- Support construction with reviews and root cause outage analysis.
- Coordinate complex urban projects, permits, easements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience; BS in Engineering (ABET) or equivalent.
- Distribution project execution, NESC proficiency.
- Valid driver's license; field/office flexibility.
Preferred Skills
- QAQC, BOM/CIAC, design tools (Pole Foreman, O-Calc, Spida-Calc), CREWS.
- FirstEnergy experience; 1+ year leadership.

- Utility reliability projects experience (experience)
- Valid U.S. driver's license (experience)
- Ability to travel regionally (~20%) and perform field/office work (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop design and construction work packages for overhead/underground distribution systems
- Review client work and assess scope requirements
- Perform engineering calculations (structural analysis, guying, sags/tensions, voltage drop)
- Provide construction support and post-construction reviews
- Conduct root cause analysis of outages and mitigation design
