Your Impactful Daily Responsibilities
Expect a dynamic mix: 10-30% remote client collaboration, 60-80% engineering/design package development, and 10% admin/planning/follow-up. Independently create work packages for overhead/underground systems, perform critical calculations (structural pole loading, guying, sags/tensions, voltage drop/flicker), review client scopes, support construction with reviews, analyze outage root causes, and navigate complex urban projects including permits and easements.
Required Background
- 2+ years relevant experience
- B.S. in Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent
- Distribution project execution expertise
- NESC proficiency
- Valid driver's license; field/office flexibility
Preferred Experience
QA/QC, cost estimation/BOM/CIAC, tools like Pole Foreman/O-Calc/Spida-Calc, CREWS, leadership, FirstEnergy familiarity.

- Perform engineering calculations including structural analysis, guying, sags/tensions, voltage drop

- Provide construction support and post-construction reviews
