Key Responsibilities
- Lead team in creating electrical distribution work packages, including capital/reliability designs like reconductor and voltage conversion.
- Perform QAQC on designs, review client packages, and ensure schedule adherence.
- Manage project scope, budget, and construction support, including post-construction reviews.
- Coordinate utilities, permits, easements, and implement workflow improvements for efficiency.
- Work independently with impact on deliverables and contribute to team hiring.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in electric distribution design with utilities or consultants.
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in NESC/GO95, pole loading software, CAD/AUD, structural analysis, and BOM development.
- QAQC experience; GIS and leadership preferred.
