District Growth Manager - Commercial Energy (SF Bay Area)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in client pursuit and capture strategies to drive revenue growth and margins.
  • Analyze industry trends and forecast opportunities in the commercial energy market.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or business + 5+ years in relationship management.

  • Ability to travel 50-75% throughout the week (experience)
  • MBA or Professional Engineer (PE) registration a plus (experience)

  • Research industry trends, growth potential, and key drivers to forecast business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with investor-owned utilities, cooperative utilities, and state-wide energy agencies
  • Forecast and manage regionally oriented marketing strategies
  • Oversee development of business proposals for new and existing clients
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed to client standards
