DPaaS Lead (USAF Cloud One) at Leidos
Leidos, awarded the U.S. Air Force Cloud One contract, seeks a Digital Platform as a Service (DPaaS) Lead to modernize a global-scale multi-cloud environment across AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle. Support critical USAF missions in system resiliency, security, and cost-effectiveness in a hybrid remote role near Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Leidos and subcontractor teams to deliver program requirements.
- Design secure, scalable VPC cloud solutions with Zero Trust principles.
- Maintain DPaaS, deploy tools like Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM, Atlassian, MATLAB.
- Provide infrastructure support, user provisioning, performance optimization.
- Assist RMF continuous monitoring, conduct trade studies, systems analysis.
- Manage 7-10 personnel: hiring, performance, training compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; present to executives; mentor teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s +12 or Master’s +10 years experience.
- 4+ years team/project leadership.
- Interim Secret clearance (obtain Secret); US citizenship.
- CompTIA Security+; cloud certification.
- Cloud app admin; digital tool deployment experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- USAF Cloud One/Platform 1 experience.
- AWS/Azure/Google/Oracle certifications; multi-CSP expertise.

- Configure, maintain DPaaS environments and deploy digital software tools
- Provide customer support for infrastructure, tools, provisioning
- Optimize software performance, implement Zero Trust, monitor shared VPC networks
- Conduct systems analysis, trade studies, integration, testing; assist with RMF continuous monitoring
- Manage 7-10 Leidos personnel: performance assessment, hiring, training compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally; present to executives; mentor on DPaaS solutions
