Leidos seeks a dynamic E-Discovery Claims Processing Project Manager for an on-site role supporting the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Manage high-stakes litigation support for claims processing, ensuring seamless delivery to DOJ stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the contractor manager and primary Government point of contact, communicating daily with DOJ COR, Case Managers, and Attorneys on requirements, schedules, and milestones.
  • Plan and oversee all case support, including workflow monitoring, progress reporting, staff assignments, budget tracking, and coordination of technical/eDiscovery resources.
  • Lead a team in claim intake, review, analysis per DOJ criteria, and medical records examination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows for optimization, recommending efficiencies to DOJ.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance to deliver high-quality work on time, providing daily intake and review statistics.
  • Maintain strict security over project materials per Department procedures and coordinate with other contractor components.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience on major litigation support projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, time-critical activities including eDiscovery and data processing.
  • Expertise in litigation support, superior writing/oral skills, and strong management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Government data environments (Oracle, Relativity, Trial Director) and ESI tools/procedures.
  • US Citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Law degree, technical certification, or relevant graduate degree.
  • Prior experience managing litigation support or claims processing teams.
  • Records management background.
