Primary Responsibilities
- Work under Project Manager directing law clerks and clerical staff.
- Supervise claims processing teams and prepare daily intake/review stats.
- Conduct QC/QA ensuring adherence to DOJ guidelines.
- Monitor workflows, adjust for schedules, and anticipate litigation needs.
- Liaise with DOJ COR, attorneys, and contractors; train team on procedures.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's + 2+ years litigation support; 1+ year supervision.
- Proven client/attorney communication and complex support coordination.
- Deep litigation support knowledge; eDiscovery familiarity.
- Hands-on with Relativity, office automation, databases.
- US Citizen for Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Claims processing supervision, records management, paralegal experience.
- Law degree, technical cert, or graduate degree.
