Join Leidos as an Earned Value Management and Scheduling Intern

The Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) and Scheduling Center of Excellence (COE) seeks a motivated intern for a 12-week program starting end of May. Dive into training, mentorship, and projects supporting scheduling and EVM implementations across the organization. Work closely with experts to complete a capstone project blending core principles of scheduling and EVM.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Play a key role supporting EVM and Scheduling across programs.
  • Document specific changes to evolve practices and champion improvements.
  • Provide feedback to owners of tools, processes, and solutions for consistency.
  • Align practices into overall planning and scheduling frameworks.
  • Identify and solve narrow-scope problems using prior experience, standard procedures, and basic analysis.
  • Communicate facts, analysis, processes, and practices with peers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing bachelor’s in business, science, technology, or engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with strong desire to learn.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of EVM guidelines and project planning standards.
  • At least 2 years toward college degree.
  • 3.0+ GPA.
