Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design electrical systems for FAA facilities, including 120/208V and 480V distributions, UPS, and generators.
- Perform site surveys, generate scaled designs, wiring diagrams, and cost estimates.
- Lead project management: risk checklists, safety plans, work permits, and multi-project coordination.
- Conduct testing, inspections (CAI/JAI), cutovers, and review contractor submittals.
- Collaborate in meetings with stakeholders, ensuring NEC compliance and ORM standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related) + 6 years experience; Master’s + 5 years.
- Expertise in NEC, load calculations, and electrical systems for motors, pumps, and HVAC.
- Strong communication for technical reports and stakeholder coordination.

- Conduct on-site surveys, load calculations, testing, and construction inspections
- Manage multiple projects: scheduling, risk registers, safety plans, and cutover coordination
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders on pre-construction and site meetings
- Review contractor submittals, perform internal design reviews, and ensure ORM compliance
