Leidos seeks a dynamic Electrical Project Manager for our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) in McLean, VA. Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building, grounds, IT—with electrical focus.
- Define scope/budget/schedule with customers; coordinate realistic timelines.
- Review drawings, changes, risers; ensure circuit capacity and compliance.
- Identify risks, deficiencies, remedies, costs; support PMO on large projects.
- Manage work orders, surveys, CMMS updates, data calls, Facilities Operating Plan.
- Handle after-hours outages: update USG/GPOC with thorough summaries and risk analysis.
- Maintain accurate records; brief from trades to C-suite.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s + 8-12 years or Master’s + 6-10 years relevant experience.
- C-suite briefing expertise; facilities support across tasks/budgets/projects.
- Risk guidance for client facilities/infrastructure; documentation maintenance.
Desired Skills
- Licensed Master Electrician (MD/VA/DC).
- Senior-level facilities project management.
- Proficient in MS Office/Project/Access, BUILDER, Bluebeam, ServiceNow, ARCHIBUS.
