Our Platform Integration Facility (PIF) in Huntsville, AL seeks a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to build mission-critical hardware for DoD customers. Primary Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to fabricate production and prototype hardware.
- Assemble electrical and mechanical systems for Department of Defense applications.
- Test, troubleshoot, and deploy hardware meeting unique technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and customers.
- Apply critical thinking to overcome fabrication challenges in fast-paced settings.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED + 2+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Proven ability reading schematics and manufacturing documentation.
- Hands-on DoD systems building experience.
- IPC-WHMA-A-620 certification or demonstrated cable fabrication skills.
- Mechanically inclined with excellent work ethic and team communication.
- U.S. Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance; local to North Alabama or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Costpoint, Solumina, Agile, or Windchill systems.
- Planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
