Electro-Mechanical Technician Role

Lead a diverse team in the Product Integration Section to design, build, and deploy unique hardware solutions. Work closely with engineers and customers to interpret drawings, fabricate prototypes, and solve complex problems. This hands-on role demands mechanical aptitude, fabrication expertise, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced defense environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematic drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Build electrical and mechanical systems for production and prototypes
• Perform cable fabrication per IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards
• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy hardware to meet technical requirements
• Collaborate across teams to deliver responsive, cost-effective solutions

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma + 3+ years applicable experience
• Experience building electrical/mechanical systems and reading schematics
• IPC-WHMA-A-620 training or equivalent cable fabrication ability
• US Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance
• North Alabama resident or willing to relocate to Huntsville
