Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers and customers to design, build, and deploy hardware meeting precise technical specs.
• Interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing docs to fabricate production and prototype systems.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical systems using advanced fabrication techniques.
• Perform rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of hardware in dynamic environments.
• Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems and ensure mission-critical reliability.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent + 2+ years relevant experience.
• Proven skills in reading schematics, building electro-mechanical systems, and IPC-WHMA-A-620 cable fabrication.
• Mechanically inclined with strong work ethic, team collaboration, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• US Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance; North Alabama resident or willing to relocate.
