Electronic Warfare Operator – Disrupt the Status Quo at Leidos
Join Leidos as an Electronic Warfare Operator (EWO) in Chantilly, VA, where you'll serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a tight-knit crew, driving mission success against evolving threats. Leverage your aviation and EW expertise to craft innovative tactics, coordinate with DoD partners, and advance product development that keeps clients ahead of adversaries. No overseas deployments—focus on CONUS-based impact with ~10% travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver EW expertise to support dynamic mission requirements.
- Develop countermeasures using critical thinking and operational experience.
- Collaborate with DoD entities for next-gen capabilities.
- Optimize aircraft survivability and mission planning.
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or 2-4 years equivalent experience) + 4+ years aviation EW experience.
- Completion of military courses: EWO, Navy Aviation EW School, Air Battle Manager, or Airborne Early Warning School.
- Recent operational experience and active TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Background as Air Force EWO/WSO (RC-135, P-8, EC-130), ABM (AWACS, E-2C/D), Navy ECMO/WSO (EA-6B, EA-18G), or EP-3E roles.
- Deployed airborne EW SME experience highly valued.
- BS/BSE preferred.
