Key Mission: Legacy to Future Technologies (LIFT) Transition

Drive the conversion of National Airspace Connectivity from TDM to IP, focusing on Telecommunications Infrastructure Replacement, Small Tower Voice Switches, Air to Ground Protocol Converters, and NEXCOM Radios. Make a tangible difference in aviation safety and innovation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluate site surveys and draft preparation scopes with CLIN identification and cost estimates.
  • Conduct fieldwork at remote sites and oversee LIFT contractor installations.
  • Collaborate with SSC/TSC/AT teams on risk mitigations and scheduling.
  • Maintain Corporate Work Plan (CWP), generate status reports, and update facility drawings using AutoCAD.

Basic Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electronics Engineering + 4 years experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • 25%-50% travel; Public Trust eligibility (US Citizen/Green Card Holder, 3+ years US residency).

Desired Expertise

  • NEC, NFPA, OSHA standards; NAS facilities (ASR, ATCT, VOR, ARSR, RCAG, NASET, NASEB).
  • CWP 4.1.12 knowledge.
