Job Description

Electronics Intelligence Warfare Analyst

Join Leidos' Defense Sector supporting the 57th Intelligence Squadron, 365th ISR Group, 363rd ISR Wing, and 16th Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. As an Electronics Warfare Analyst (CSDB), deliver technical leadership in engineering assessments of radar and weapons systems for national Electronic Warfare (EW) and mission-planning databases. Collaborate across EW and ELINT efforts as a primary expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and QC data standards/schemas for Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) to handle complex unstructured data.
  • Advise stakeholders on data collection/processing, building automated tools where possible.
  • Define requirements for tools exploiting single-INT and multi-INT intelligence.
  • Format and deliver CSDB studies per JMPS standards.
  • Ensure timely CSDB/JMPS data feeds for ACC Combat Air Forces (CAF) mission-planning.
  • Coordinate with Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) to prioritize threat parametric data.
  • Support threat systems development, dissemination, and databasing with compliance.
  • Maintain standards across ACC ISR units and handle security markings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s +4 years or Master’s +2 years relevant experience (experience may substitute).
  • Active Top Secret SCI clearance.
  • ELINT background with TechELINT focus.
  • Knowledge of DIA, MSIC, ONI communities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MIDB, CORNERSTONE, MPOB.
  • Hands-on IMOM, CLOAR, CSAR, CAF tools, test/evaluation.
  • Recent ACC/2 ISR in 16th Air Force.

  • Develop and quality control data standards/schemas for JMPS to ingest complex unstructured data
  • Advise on optimal data collection/processing methods and develop automated toolsets
  • Develop requirements for analytical tools enhancing single-INT and multi-INT data exploitation
  • Ensure CSDB studies formatted and delivered per JMPS community standards
  • Support ACC CAF mission-planning with accurate CSDB/JMPS data feeds
  • Coordinate with Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) for threat parametric data requirements
  • Provide functional support for threat systems development, dissemination, databasing per guidelines
  • Maintain process consistency across ACC ISR units and manage intelligence security markings
