Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and safe use of electro-mechanical tools like torque drivers, crimpers, and wire strippers.
- Execute proper techniques to ensure high-quality assemblies.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and strictly follow assembly work instructions.
- Partner with design, manufacturing engineers, and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve build challenges.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams, including project and production groups, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with less than 1 year experience (opportunities scale with expertise).
- Proficiency with tools and equipment for electrical-mechanical processes.
- Strong ability to read drawings and comply with instructions.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must qualify for and maintain Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
- J-STD-001 certification.
