Your Impact
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ESS and agents: installation, management, maintenance, and optimization.
- Develop and deploy custom ESS signatures and policies tailored to emerging threats.
- Monitor for intrusions, failures, and performance issues with proactive vigilance.
- Ensure secure endpoint operations across all clients and servers.
- Troubleshoot deployments and policy rollouts in local and remote systems.
- Perform threat analysis and create custom rules for advanced exploits.
- Deliver detailed reports on system health, event trends, and module performance.
- Drive major updates, STIG compliance, and Trellix upgrades.
- Design network components and pioneer cutting-edge technical solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).
- 8+ years IT experience, including 2+ years in ESS.
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II or higher.
- Expertise in Windows Server 2016+, Trellix Agent, ENS FW, PA, DLP, RSD, ePO.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance and DOD 8570 IAT Level III.
- Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux, VMware, Microsoft Hypervisor.
- Familiarity with SADR environments and ePO servers.
- Basic and Advanced ESS DISA training.
