Enterprise GIS Administrator
Join Leidos in North Charleston, SC, as an Enterprise GIS Administrator, delivering mission-critical geospatial solutions in secure DoD environments. Leverage your expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise to design, deploy, and maintain high-stakes GIS infrastructure across on-premise, cloud (AWS), and DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Limited) settings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and manage ArcGIS Enterprise (10.9.1+) on Linux (RHEL) in virtual and on-premises platforms.
- Troubleshoot federated systems with replication, synchronization, and bandwidth optimization for tactical ops.
- Build Python-based automation using ArcGIS API, geoprocessing, and libraries for efficient workflows.
- Secure multi-enclave setups with cross-domain data flows compliant with DoD standards.
- Develop interactive apps via ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, and StoryMaps.
- Integrate GIS with enterprise apps alongside sysadmins and developers.
- Document configurations, baselines, and SOPs per NIST/DoD guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship; active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible).
- Bachelor's + 8-12 years experience; 5+ years ArcGIS Enterprise hands-on.
- RHEL admin for GIS; virtual deployments; federated/enclave expertise.
- Python/ArcGIS API scripting; DDIL/tactical experience.
- IAT II cert (Security+); GISP certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- PostgreSQL/PostGIS integration; ArcGIS apps development.
- Performance monitoring; DevSecOps (Docker, K8s, Terraform, Ansible).
- Networking (DNS, firewalls); auth (SAML); ArcGIS 11.3+.
