Are you ready to support the world's most advanced and secure IT network? Leidos seeks an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist, Sr. to join the largest IT services program in Naval history. This role maintains and modernizes the Navy-Marine Corps global network, delivering cybersecurity, network ops, service desk, and data transport for unified shore-based networks.

Your Impact as Tier 1 Support Expert

As the first point of contact, you'll resolve IT issues via phone and online support. Troubleshoot problems, execute scripts, monitor network health, document outages, and manage tickets. Escalate when needed and correlate incidents to ensure seamless IT services—saving costs while boosting Navy capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance
  • High school Diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
  • Flexible for shifts, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years IT customer service with ticketing systems
  • 1+ year remote desktop takeover tools
