Enterprise Voice Engineer IV - Leidos Digital Modernization Sector
Join Leidos in supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on the Global Solutions Management-Operations II (GSMO-II) contract. Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain complex IP voice/video networks, including system maintenance, capacity planning, and configuration changes.
- Design and implement Cisco CUCM calling search spaces, route plans, partitions, lists, and profiles.
- Troubleshoot SIP call-flows, remote registrations, media issues, and advanced faults in routing/switching/security.
- Manage Cisco/Juniper devices, distributed firewalls, and voice gateways like CUBE and Oracle SBC.
- Develop processes, train teams, create technical policies, and validate change requests for enterprise telephony.
Basic Qualifications
- BS + 8-12 years or MS + 6-10 years relevant experience; active TS/SCI clearance required.
- DoD 8750 IAT II (Security+ CE or equiv.); deep expertise in Cisco/Avaya/Oracle voice platforms and SIP.
- Proven fault isolation in large-scale voice, routing, and switching environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- SRTP with G.711/G.729 codecs, DTMF; CUCM/Avaya Aura; Oracle SBCs; distributed firewalls.
- IPSec MPLS VPN, BGP, QoS design/troubleshooting; IPSec implementation.

- Develop processes, train team, oversee technical policy, and validate change requests
- Perform capacity planning, fault analysis on voice subscribers, call handlers, and routing rules
