Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop radar signal processors, tracking algorithms, and advanced sensors in EW environments.
  • Simulate radar systems, conduct field-testing of RF sensors, and deploy advanced systems.
  • Analyze existing algorithms for performance and latency optimizations.
  • Research and integrate cutting-edge algorithms from literature into radar programs.
  • Collaborate with engineers on radar modeling, DSP, antenna theory, and tracking challenges.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering (ABET-accredited); 0+ years experience.
  • US Citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in digital signal processing, tracker algorithms, MATLAB/Python, radar simulation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Radar simulation experience with statistics/probability background.
  • Skills in electromagnetics, modern C++, Linux.
