Join Leidos as an EPC Project Manager
Leidos Engineering seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager to deliver turnkey services for electric utility projects nationwide. Based remotely in the US, you'll join our Power Delivery Solutions division, supporting transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure for leading construction partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead teams on engineering designs for US infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project performance, costs, schedules, and strategic client relationships.
- Interface with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and track deliverables.
- Prepare bid documents, cost estimates, and RFP responses.
- Manage invoicing, accruals, and ensure quality/compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Identify local partnership growth opportunities with periodic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years in electric power industry, preferably with US utilities and consulting.
- Proficiency in project software (MS Project, P6, Workfront) and MS Office.
- Strong financial oversight, change management, and communication skills.
- US-based with travel availability.
Preferred Skills
- EPC contract leadership and construction operations experience.
- PMP certification or pursuit within 2 years.
- Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
