As part of the Centralized Processing (CP) ICT program for the Department of Defence, you'll ensure swift restoration of IT services through effective event and incident management. Key duties include monitoring events per treatment plans to minimize High Priority Incidents, collaborating for seamless shift handovers, maintaining precise incident records, managing multi-provider queues, improving SOPs via process assessments, and providing after-hours support on a 24/7 rotating roster.
We're seeking IT service desk experience with strong customer focus, ability to work autonomously or in teams, conflict resolution skills, and proven client service delivery. ITIL V3 Foundation (or higher) is highly valued, alongside empathy-driven interpersonal skills. Australian citizenship, NV-1 clearance (with NV-2 eligibility), and ITAR compliance are required.
