Leidos, a leader in defense, intelligence, and civilian IT solutions, seeks a seasoned EVMS Implementation Analyst Principal for our Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) and Scheduling Center of Excellence. This remote/teleworker role drives enterprise-wide EVM and scheduling excellence across diverse portfolios including DoD, FAA, Intel, DHS, and Healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-lifecycle EVMS implementations from proposal to execution, including IBRs.
  • Deliver training, tools development, and surveillance support for compliance.
  • Guide cross-functional teams of CAMs, PFAs, schedulers, and executives.
  • Integrate Agile methodologies with EVMS best practices for superior program management.
  • Interface with senior leaders and clients to foster growth and strategic alignment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 12 years relevant experience (or equivalent EVMS expertise).
  • 5+ years leading EVMS implementations.
  • US citizenship; security clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, SP, or EVP certifications.
  • Expertise in Deltek Cobra, Microsoft Project, Deltek Costpoint, and similar tools.

  • Lead EVMS and scheduling implementations across enterprise programs
  • Provide proposal support, training, and assessments for EVMS compliance
  • Support internal/external surveillance, audits, and reviews
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated EVMS processes and tools
  • Lead cross-functional teams including PFAs, CAMs, schedulers, and executives
  • Align Agile practices with traditional EVMS and scheduling for program optimization
  • Serve as principal EVMS SME interfacing with senior leadership and clients
  • Contribute to talent development, performance management, and business strategy
  • Support operational decisions to enhance portfolio performance
  • Participate in new business proposals with EVMS and schedule inputs
