Primary Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives and VIPs to destinations with unwavering professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.
• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a courteous demeanor while responding to requests and resolving issues like repairs or alternate scheduling.
• Keep vehicles immaculate, mechanically sound, and visually appealing; coordinate all maintenance needs.
• Proactively monitor schedules, traffic, weather, and adapt routes dynamically for seamless travel.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards for high-level personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure full compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI with Poly clearance (active preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer service, technical, or product support.
• Exceptional communication, independent issue resolution, and professional presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Call center/help desk background or SOP contributions.
• Knowledge of SLAs, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
