Key Responsibilities

  • Direct deskside support for VIPs, including SOHO and residential setups.
  • Expert troubleshooting across Windows 11, Office 365, mobile devices (iPhones), printers, and networks.
  • Equipment configuration, deployment, and automation scripting.
  • Root cause analysis and ITSM ticket management for SLA compliance.
  • After-hours flexibility and professional liaison for external coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • BS + 2 years experience or equivalent.
  • Active Secret clearance and Security+.
  • Extensive DoD PKI, Office 365, and mobile support expertise.
  • Proven VIP/executive IT support in AFDW environments.
