Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end cost analysis and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture.
- Design robust PKI systems handling digital certificates, CAs, RAs, key management, cryptographic algorithms, revocation, and trust models.
- Create block diagrams, logic flows, and translate designs into efficient software using object-oriented languages.
- Test, debug, document, and enhance software for optimal performance and reuse.
- Lead functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation to deliver total systems solutions under technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Configure and maintain cloud IT infrastructure, coordinating system integrations for compatibility and data sharing.
- Provide technical guidance, supervise teams, and prepare for CIO project gates while updating senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 12 years' experience (or equivalent).
- Expertise in PKI and database tools.
