Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Exploitation Specialist/Data Manager & Cataloger to manage and enhance our client's geospatial and textual artifact repository. This role involves systematic aggregation, organization, preservation, and custodianship of diverse materials including cartographic representations, imagery, intelligence dossiers, and digital data. Ensure comprehensive discoverability of all assets while driving innovation in library operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute analog-to-digital conversion of customer records.
  • Manage collection indexing, encoding, archival, and dissemination.
  • Propose acquisitions based on replenishment protocols and client needs.
  • Enforce declassification protocols.
  • Deliver research support via databases and specialized repositories.
  • Build and maintain data repositories, datasets, tables, and visuals.
  • Support web interface guidelines development and dissemination.
  • Curate library systems databases and collections.
  • Aid Library of Congress archival for cartographic materials.
  • Adhere to customer cataloging directives.
  • Maintain databases through ingestion, editing, querying, correction, and sanitization.
  • Scrutinize metadata for structural and semantic integrity.
  • Provide Quality Assessment and Management services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, and leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma + 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility.
  • Anti-malware proficiency.
  • Library clerical operations knowledge.
  • Library cataloging standards comprehension.
  • 1-3 years data repository experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in GIS or related field.
  • Clerical methodologies knowledge.
  • TS/SCI CI Polygraph.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Strong task prioritization and execution.
  • Scientific collections management experience.
  • Familiarity with MARC 21, AACR2R, RDA.
